Mack was a Champion at the age of 13 months. All of his wins were from the Bred by Exhibitor class. He finished with 3 - 4point Majors and a 5point Major.
Mack is also a Canine Good Citizen, Junior Hunter, Novice Retrieving Dog, Rally Novice, and he has his Versatile Rating from the Weimaraner Club of America. We are currently working on a novice obedience title, Companion Dog (CD). The plan was to work and train for a Senior Hunter title, but somehow or other, Mack discovered Dock Diving and here we are.
We entered our only National Dock Dogs Event at the Harford County Farm Fair in Bel Air, MD. We also entered in Iron Dog. Speed Retrieve: 6.998, Big Air: 22'6", Extreme Vertical: 6'4" for a total Iron Dog points of 2953..... and 3rd place!!! What a surprise. In fact, being new to allthis, we had left and Angie Jones and Nestle (who placed 2nd in Iron Dog) was kind enough to pick up our ribbon and bring it to us. It is a beautiful ribbon! Our goal now is to work towards that Iron Dog thing. ..... and of course, Mack is lovin' it all!

 This picture was taken by Sharon Rodgers at Chesapeake's Fun Jump which was Mack's very first dock diving event. Mack absolutely loves it. In fact, we had a hard time getting him out of the water and then when he did come out, we had a hard time catching him because he wanted to do it again and again and again! |

 This picture was also taken by Sharon at the Fun Jump. This was his 1st Extreme Vertical experience. His 1st competition in Extreme Vertical was at Chesapeake's Puppypalooza where he jumped his Personal Best at 6'10" for his 1st Top Gun leg. I was in complete amazement! He came in 2nd place to Nestle and Angie Jones. |
